About Us
Coming from various farming and F&B industry background, we were no stranger to how food is produced. We believe a big problem with how food is produced will be solved by someone else whether some organic food association, or shift in global food manufacturers will occur. Decades have passed, organic food still only 5.5% from global food in retail. Farms we saw decades ago still use various chemical inputs just to get by. We started to wonder, what kind of food children will eat? What kind of land next generation will farm?
As the urgency grew, we decided to take matters in our hand, that's how Tom Vang Farmland was created. "Tom Vang" (Golden Shrimp) in Vietnamese shrimp farming culture symbolizes Hope - Belief that even in harsh conditions, renewal is possible. It describes our sentiment towards the current state of food production and how we want to change it, pragmatic but optimistic.

Nutritional Dense Food
Minimizing synthetic inputs, fostering organic matter and microbial diversity in soils, and selecting crop varieties or livestock breeds bred for nutritional quality over yield alone. By focusing pn nutritipnal density, farmers contribute to healthier ecosystems and food that inherently supports human wellness.

OUR PRINCIPLES
We approach our projects and land with certain set of principles that shows our beliefs in what kind of food system we envision

Involve creating regenerative cycles where waste is minimized, resources are continuously reused, and ecosystems are restored. This model reduces dependency on external inputs, mitigates environmental degradation, and enhances adaptability to shocks like climate extremes or market disruptions.

Science & Nature
To prolong and scale environment solution ensure returns through holistic metrics—like restored ecosystems, community health, and long-term soil fertility—alongside financial gains. It prioritizes investments in practices that rebuild natural capital, ensuring profits align with planetary and social regeneration.
Economic Benefits
Designing solutions by mimicking ecosystems’ efficiency and integrating evidence-based innovation. This synergy creates sustainable, adaptive systems that balance ecological wisdom with technological progress.
